The fiery journey
Randy started growing ghost peppers nearly two decades ago and expanded from there. When someone gave him the idea of making spicy jelly, the fire was lit. The combinations of fruit and peppers are vast. And did we mention the pickled treats and hot sauce? He now grows several varieties of peppers in his garden alongside berries and grapes. From taste testing jelly at work to handing out jars to random people he meets, he has spread the love for his special recipes.
